Cumadoro comes from love for our land, its history and fruits. Perched on a hill, Cuma, the first Greek colony in Italy, is wonderfully beautiful, an oasis of serenity, a riot of colors and panoramas between the intense blue of the sea and the green of the Mediterranean forest.
In this place so delicate, which housed the temple of Jupiter, already three thousand years ago the cannellino flegreo tomato was cultivated and following the ancient tradition, the Tammaro company continues the production of this centenary fruit unique characteristics.
We process our tomatoes manually through the use of rods and wire for plant support. Fertilization and treatments follow an integrated fight line thus allowing to preserve the nature of the product.
